Concierge & Contact

Handcrafted motorcycle helmets engineered for riders who refuse to look like everyone else.

Who answers

Three people sit at this desk.

A small team, by design — so the rider who writes in once is the rider who writes in again. Pick the role that fits your question.

Fitment & Sizing

Guidance on shell shape, liner thickness, and eyewear cutout — answered by Marco, who fits every prototype helmet on his own head before it leaves the workshop. Includes head-measurement instructions, in-home try-on guidance, and remote consultation by video.

Questions we are asked most.

If the answer you need sits below, no email is necessary. If it does not, the desk is open.

How does the fitment process work, and can I try a helmet before committing?
Write to [email protected] with your head measurement (circumference in cm, taken above the eyebrows) and your usual riding position. We will recommend a shell size and, where a fit feels uncertain, ship a try-on liner kit at cost. Riders in Europe can visit the Modena workshop for an in-person fitting by appointment.
What are the lead times for a bespoke paint program?
Six weeks from approved artwork to delivery, with one revision included. Bespoke consultations are scheduled in the order they arrive; current intake runs approximately three weeks out. The bespoke program is open across the full lineup, subject to shell availability.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship to 47 countries via insured courier, with tracked delivery to the rider's door. Shipping is complimentary on orders above €500 within the EU, UK, and North America; elsewhere it is quoted at cost on the order confirmation. Duties and import taxes are the rider's responsibility outside the EU.
How does the lifetime fitment return program work in practice?
Once a year, on request, the owner ships the helmet back to Modena. We replace the comfort and cheek liners at no charge, inspect the shell and visor mechanism, and return the helmet within ten working days of arrival. Prepaid shipping labels are issued for the EU, UK, and US; other regions are quoted at cost. The seven-year shell warranty runs in parallel.
